The ball stretcher is placed over the testicles around the scrotum and closed with the pushbuttons.
The testicles are pressed out of the tubular end and the ballbag is stretched to a length of approximately 2" (51 mm).
Gives good results if worn regularly, so they can help achieve those low hangers wanted.
